If you don't live for your own sake, live for the sake of others. The heroism of K.A. doesn't come from what she can defeat with her armor, but what she can overcome within herself.

Oh my god. That line is AMAZING!

Dang, man. The feels...

"If you don't live for something you'll die for nothing." This scene spoke for itself without the author notes. Not that I'm ripping on your commentary, just complimenting your text and visual narrative. The child hero she was prior to the coma is showing here. I like the helm mechanic you've worked into the armor's design. I know how much of an Iron Man fan you are. I can see you paying homage to Tony here while at the same time making it your own.

Thank you so much for all your commentary. Iron Man is certainly in the Wyrecats' conceptual DNA, but the collapsible helmet design actually comes from a variety of video game armor designs ( Sam Gideon from Vanquish, Isaac Clarke from Dead Space, and Ratchet in Deadlocked, to name a few; a convenient way to have them emote facially in cutscenes without ditching the head protection entirely)

I really like her expression in the penultimate panel. I've always considered expressions to be one of the things you're best at drawing, and this comic is no exception.

I'm hooked.

Dang son, the writing on this one hit home. Sometimes a little cheese is the right choice.

Others have said it, but I'll repeat it. Everything in here is great, and the alt-text really holds true for me.
